One Saturday a month, the ICT House opens to fifteen builders. Bring a half-made thing. Leave with a working demo, a short write-up, and a room of critical friends. No pitches, no decks — only prototypes.

The programme, outlined.

10:00 — Standup & scope
Each builder states the one thing they will ship by evening. Coaches help cut scope until it's honest.
- 02
11:00 — Build, block one
Heads-down building. Coaches circulate; the room is quiet and fast.
- 03
14:00 — Build, block two
Afternoon push. A mid-afternoon check kills anything that won't demo by six.
- 04
18:00 — Demos
Every builder shows a working thing — two minutes each, no slides, no pitches.
- 05
19:00 — Write-ups & supper
A short written account of what shipped and what broke, then a shared meal.
